Counselling for Younger Adults (16+)
The years of study, first jobs, new relationships and working out who you are can be exciting and unsettling at the same time. One of my special areas of interest is supporting younger adults aged 16 and over. I spent nine years counselling young people in a tertiary institution, in a multicultural setting, and have worked with many young people of every gender and sexual orientation. I offer a relaxed, non-judgemental space to talk things through.

HOW COUNSELLING HELPS
Sessions are aimed at helping you better appreciate your own character, values and personality, express and assert yourself, and make choices that fit your own needs and goals. Whether you are dealing with study or work stress, anxiety, relationship worries, low confidence or simply feeling unsure of your direction, we can work through it together.
Sessions are available in person in West Auckland or online, whichever feels more comfortable for you. You are welcome to book a first appointment, or message me for a quick introductory call.
